About the event
This group is for both experienced meditation practitioners who are looking to deepen their practice in moment to moment present awareness. The dynamic of an accountability group means we come just as we are, learn from each other, and support each other in our progress. The purpose of this group is to explore various mindfulness tools and methods to find what works for each of us. Participants will set up a realistic individualized daily practice and work it into a routine. In our weekly group sessions, we will discuss our experiences and progress. Nicolle will include short introductions to various tools to be considered in the creation of a tailored mindfulness practice. Set up healthy habits that will carry you through the rest of the year!
