About the event

Sunday mornings 10 - 11 am Central Time; June 30, July 7, July 14, July 21. 

This group is for both experienced meditation practitioners and beginners. The dynamic of an accountability group means we come just as we are, learn from each other, and support each other in our progress. The purpose of this group is to explore various mindfulness tools and methods to find what works for each of us. Participants will set up a realistic individualized daily practice and work it into a routine. In our weekly group sessions, we will discuss our experiences and progress. Nicolle will include an overview of the science and most recent research on mindfulness, as well as short intorductions to various tools to be considered in the creation of a tailored mindfulness practice. Kick off the summer setting up healthy habits that will carry you through the rest of the year!
