Special Workshop: Mindfulness Tactics in Conversation
This special one-time workshop will dive into tactics to remain mindful in the midst of our most difficult conversations. We will expand our ability for deep listening, widen our allowance for differing opinions, and let go of our own egoic reactions to what we hear. Moving from reactivity to response, we can learn how to settle into healthy boundaries that are built on respect and love.
