We welcome anyone to join our free drop-in weekly meditations. It is highly recommended for meditation newcomers to take the Beginners Course (offered multiple times throughout the year).


Thematic workshops and retreats offer a unique opportunity to dive into an area of focus for those who have completed the beginner's course or are experienced meditators.

On-campus mindfulness coaching both in-classroom and individual sessions for students and faculty/staff in schools can be arranged for short-term and full-year programming. Mindfulness tools can complement counselling, SEL programming, and special needs individualized support.

Work-place workshops and retreats designed around mindful relationships and purposeful service can be tailored for any sized business or agency. Values and vision clarification, strategic planning, and conflict resolution led by mindfulness principles can be deeply impactful.

A special course and ongoing support group just for parents of children with medical issues will be offered on an ongoing cycle.

We are also developing a special course and ongoing support for front line humanitarian workers, based on the leading science of using mindfulness to avoid burnout as we serve our community during crisis. 


A monthly Book Club focuses on reading various books that support and deepen our practice.
